Strength training can help you build muscle and increase endurance while also stabilizing and mobilizing your core and posture. Targeted strengthening exercises can include low-to- heavy weight lifting, swimming, aerobics and calisthenics.
Deliberately flexing your muscles can improve elasticity and strength, resulting in more muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. It also reduces the chances of injuries. A mixture of static and dynamic stretching is best.
