Kella has over 24 years experience in the private practice area of physiotherapy. Her experience has taught her that the main goal of her job - through thorough education of a condition and giving clients all the tools she knows to not only manage that condition but to keep it from reoccurring - is to do herself out of a job. She likes to say, “You see me once or twice a week. You see you every day. You're the one who can make the most difference to your condition.”
Tracy Trieu, PT
Tracy was born and raised in our very own Cowtown. She graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (with distinction) and then moved to Edmonton to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. As a dedicated Calgary Flames fan, she decided it was best to move back to her hometown to pursue her career.
Ally Christie, PT
Ally graduated from University of Western Ontario with her Master's in Physical Therapy in 2005.She has practiced in several acute care settings focused on joint arthroplasties, orthopedic repairs, and fractures. Ally is trained in Manual Therapy and Selective Functional Movement Assessment that assists with maintaining joint mobility during rehabiliation of injuries. Ally is also certified with Acupuncture Level 2 from Acupuncture Canada Certification, and Functional Dry Needling Level 2 from Kinetacore which facilitates quicker recovery and pain control.

Annabelle’s passion for the field of physiotherapy grew while working as a Physical Therapy Assistant in home care. Captivated by the influence physiotherapy services can have on someone’s life, this led her to earn her bachelor’s degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Calgary. Annabelle then completed her Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. Originally from a small French town east of Ottawa, she moved to Calgary 10 years ago and continues to be drawn by the proximity of the Rocky mountains.
Amanda Fandrick, RMT

Johanne graduated the 2200 hour program from Foothills College of Massage Therapy and has been massaging since 2005. 2 years of training consisted of intense study in anatomy, physiology, ergonomics, bio-mechanics, orthopaedic assessment, clinical studies, therapeutic exercises and hydrotherapy. She offers a variety of massage therapy techniques such as Swedish massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, visceral manipulation , manual lymph drainage, advanced sports massage, advanced deep tissue hot/cold stone therapy, Oncology Massage, teaches infant massage and has a history of Active Release Technique®.
She is committed to her clients and enjoys working with them to provide relief for a broad range of injuries or ailments including TMJD, cancer, motor vehicle accidents, breast concerns, paralysis, headaches, pre /post natal massage and degenerative disk disease, to name a few.
Johanne loves working with athletes, children, people suffering from injuries and repetitive strains. She is currently studying on becoming a Certified Sports Massage therapist.
As a RMT Johanne takes the time to learn what her clients goals are and will tailor her treatments to their needs to obtain the desired therapeutic results. When she isn’t relaxing at work or hiking in the mountains, she is in the gym working toward her next fitness competition.

Phil Gillies, PT
Phil brings over 10 years of international physiotherapy experience to Strive Physiotherapy. He has practiced in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Canada; treating clients from elite-level Olympic athletes to weekend warriors.
Phil has a background playing and working in elite-level rugby and believes that every patient, no matter their background, deserves top-class personalized injury assessment, treatment and management. He is regularly updating and adding to his clinical skills: he is licensed to perform spinal manipulation and IMS/Dry Needling, and authorized to order diagnostic imaging.
Giuseppe Izzo, PT Intern
Giuseppe has completed his post-secondary education entirely in Italy, first at the University of Cassino where he obtained his B.Sc. in Physical and Sport Activities, then at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, where he achieved his B.Sc. in Physiotherapy. Giuseppe also holds other advanced therapy certifications in PNF Stretching Techniques, Basic Swedish Massage Techniques and Professional Sport Kinesio-Taping Application.”
Tamara Gogol, PT
Tamara graduated from the University of Alberta in 1999 with her B.Sc, in Physiotherapy. She has advanced training in manual therapy, exercise prescription and spinal stabilization techniques. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
